Audiolab Sees 253% Growth in Klaviyo Attributed Revenue
Modernizing Email to Drive High-Value e-Commerce Sales & Local Engagement
The Challenge
Audiolab is a premium home audio and home theater retailer with both ecommerce and brick-and-mortar sales. The opportunity was to modernize the email channel, increase engagement, and build a strategy that could support both high-value online purchases and stronger local community engagement.
The program needed a more elevated visual system, a clearer campaign strategy, stronger lifecycle automation, and more deliberate segmentation. Audiolab also needed a better understanding of which creative approaches actually moved customers from engagement to purchase.
The goal was to build an email program that felt as premium and expert-led as the Audiolab brand itself, while using testing, segmentation, and lifecycle strategy to turn the channel into a more meaningful contributor to growth.
Our Approach
1. Elevated the email creative
We completely redesigned Audiolab's email campaigns and lifecycle flows with a more polished, premium look and feel that better reflected the high-end products and expertise behind the brand.
2. Used A/B testing to refine campaign strategy
We tested multi-product campaigns against more focused single-product emails to understand which merchandising approach generated stronger engagement. Single-product campaigns consistently outperformed multi-product sends, giving the team a clearer creative direction for future campaigns.
3. Shifted toward focused product storytelling and education
Rather than relying on broad product grids, we built campaigns around individual products, use cases, expert guidance, and educational content. This created more focused messages for customers considering high-value audio and home theater purchases.
4. Rebuilt lifecycle flows around the customer journey
We revamped core automated flows to create a stronger experience across key stages of the customer journey. The focus was not on a single automation, but on building a broader lifecycle program that could consistently capture demand and support conversion.
5. Improved segmentation and deliverability
We introduced more intentional audience segmentation to improve list health and make sending more targeted. This allowed Audiolab to significantly expand reach while reducing bounce, spam complaint, and unsubscribe rates.
6. Built the foundation for localized marketing
Because Audiolab operates both online and through a physical showroom, we began developing segmented audiences for local event promotion, in-home services, showroom engagement, and community-focused experiences.
The Results: First 90 Days
In the first 90 days, the program produced meaningful growth across the entire channel. Attributed revenue increased 252.5% compared with the previous three months and represented 36.67% of total store revenue.
Campaign Performance
Campaign-attributed revenue increased 209.1% compared with the previous three months. Campaign reach also expanded dramatically, with total recipients increasing 477.6%. Email unique conversions increased 321.1% and unique clicks increased 335.4%, showing that the new strategy was not simply sending more often, it was generating substantially more customer action.
Lifecycle Flow Performance
Flow-attributed revenue increased 274.9% compared with the previous three months, making flows responsible for 70.2% of attributed revenue. Flow recipients increased 213.1%, while email flow unique clicks increased 229.9% and unique conversions increased 90.2%. The result was a much stronger always-on lifecycle engine across the customer journey.
Deliverability & List Health
Audiolab scaled email reach while improving key deliverability indicators. Email recipients increased 469.8%, while bounce rate decreased 56.7%, spam complaint rate decreased 28.9%, and unsubscribe rate decreased 37.8%. Open rate also increased 4.7% despite the significant expansion in audience reach.

“The eCora team is goated, fam. Straight up a whole gang of hims, eating.”
The Outcome
By pairing premium creative with data-driven testing, stronger segmentation, and a rebuilt lifecycle strategy, Audiolab transformed email into a more scalable growth channel. In the first 90 days, both campaigns and automated flows produced triple-digit attributed revenue growth while the channel captured more than one-third of total store revenue.
Just as importantly, that growth did not come at the expense of list health. Audiolab expanded its reach while reducing bounce, spam complaint, and unsubscribe rates. As the partnership continues to mature, the strategy is expanding beyond ecommerce by using geographic segmentation to promote local events, in-home services, showroom experiences, and community engagement.
